  • Click on “Initial Appointment” to book an appointment for the consular services you need.

  • Read the appointment rules carefully and ensure that you are booking separate appointments for all your family members travelling to Russia. Confirm your agreement by checking on the “ I accept the conditions under which I may use the system” button.

  • Enter the information asked about the applicant.

  • Enter the captcha and click on “Continue.”

  • Select the consular service you need from the list displayed. Click on “Visa,” in this case.

  • Lastly, click on the “Get an Appointment” button.

  • Pay the visa application fee with your preferred method of payment.

  • Take all the required documents and go to the scheduled appointment of visa interview to the embassy or consulate.
