How to Apply for a Learning Licence in Hyderabad?

Step 1: Go to the official Government of Telangana Transport Department website.

Step 2: On the homepage, hover over the “Licence” tab and click on the “Learner’s Licence” option under it.

Step 3: Scroll down on the page loaded. You will see the link for “CLICK HERE TO BOOK LEARNER LICENCE SLOT”.

Step 4: Here, select your district “Hyderabad” and test centre. Then fill in details of your mobile number, OTP received on mobile number and captcha given. Finally, hit “Submit”.

Step 5: Then, you will be redirected to the page where you can select the date and slot of your learner’s licence test.

Step 6: Next, move forward with filling out your learner’s licence application form. Read the instructions carefully and then fill in your details.

Step 7: Now you need to make payment for learning licence fees in Hyderabad. For this you need to fill in your full name and date of birth. Then click on the “Print/Make Payment” option.

Step 8: Once the payment is done successfully, get your payment receipt printout.

Step 9: Come along with your vehicle. You need a licence, payment receipt, and other necessary documents.
