Step 1: Go to the Paytm app on your mobile device.

Step 2: On the homepage, tap on “Show More” and then select ”Recharge and Pay Bills.”

To Traffic Police Officer

You can choose to pay your Rajkot traffic challan on the spot. For example if you have been issued challan in person, then you can pay your penalty amount to the officer who has issued you challan. Remember to ask for your payment receipt after payment.

Another way is to locate and approach a traffic officer who has a sweeping e-challan machine with them. Provide the officer with your driving licence number and challan details. Use Right Signals: Always use indicators in your vehicle while merging in traffic, changing lanes, and taking U-turns to inform others about your actions.

Follow Overtaking Rules: In case you need to overtake a vehicle, then you must flash your indicator or blow the horn before overtaking the vehicle from the right side. Avoid overtaking on narrow roads, as it might cause collisions.

You must make your e-challan payment in Rajkot within 60 days from the date of its issuance. If you fail to do so, then you might have to pay additional penalties and face legal action, such as:

In case you are not present at your residence during the police visit, then you will receive an official court summon letter. You need to be present at your summoned date to resolve your challan case.

If you fail to be present at the court summons, then the court has all rights to suspend your driving licence temporarily or permanently.
